    You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
    before using this software (the "SOFTWARE") provided with this
    agreement. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance
    of this license agreement and warranty.

    OWNERSHIP

    DigitSoft DiskShop Software (hereafter referred to as SOFTWARE
    or software) is completely owned and copyrighted by DigitSoft.
    Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and
    your license, whether REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED, should not be
    construed as the sale of any right in the SOFTWARE or any right in
    any of its component parts.

    REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    This license applies to the REGISTERED version of the software.
    If you are using the UNREGISTERED version of the software, please
    see UNREGISTERED VERSION LICENSE section below.

    One REGISTERED copy of the software may be used EITHER by a single
    individual who uses the software personally on one or more
    computers OR it may be installed on a workstation in the household 
    to be used by more individuals, but not outside the household.
    
    
    The license for this software is NOT transferable to any
    other hardware product, company, entity, or individual.

    You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
    disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE
    except as defined in this agreement and with the written consent
    of DigitSoftL Software. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the
    immediate and automatic termination of ANY license, REGISTERED or
    UNREGISTERED.

    UNREGISTERED VERSION LICENSE
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    This license applies to the UNREGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE.
    If you are using the registered version of the software, please
    see REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE section above.

    The UNREGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE may be freely
    distributed, provided that the distribution package is not
    modified in any way and is complete. No person or company may
    charge a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE without the
    express written permission from DigitSoft Software.

    You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
    disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
    SOFTWARE except as provided for in this agreement. Any instance 
    of such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
    termination of the license, whether REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED.

    This software is SHAREWARE. Subject to the terms that follow, you
    are hereby licensed to use the less functional version of the
    SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes only for a period of 30
    consecutive days without charge. After the 30 consecutive days
    have elapsed, you must uninstall and discontinue usage of the
    SOFTWARE or purchase a LICENSE for a REGISTERED VERSION. If you
    wish to use the SOFTWARE with all of the functions enabled, you
    must obtain a registration key from DigitSoft.

    A fee is required for the REGISTERED VERSION. Ordering 
    information is located in the file named ORDERcomfirm.TXT. When payment
    is received by DigitSoft Software, you will be sent a registration key
    by e-mail for the most recent version of the SOFTWARE.

    THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
    OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
    BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY 
    AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT 
    SHALL DigitSoft OR SOFTWARE AUTHOR BE LIABLE 
    FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, 
    INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS 
    OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR AUTHOR 
    HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
